Service Description
Krafthaus provides Workflow App Sprints, public workflow app examples, workspace access, and the Decision Memo application. The standard paid Workflow App Sprint is a business-to-business operational pilot for one repeated workflow. Where a workflow requires deterministic verdicts or records, Krafthaus may use the Decide runtime after the applicable scope or user action is confirmed.
Workflow and Decision Scope
- The standard $2,500 Workflow App Sprint produces one hosted browser-based workflow surface for one repeated workflow, five agreed acceptance cases, and a visible result, record, next owner, and handoff artifact for each accepted case.
- The 10-business-day delivery window begins after written scope acceptance, deposit receipt, and receipt of the agreed customer inputs.
- The base pilot uses browser-based or manual intake with representative data or approved real metadata. It does not mutate a production system or include a custom connector unless the written scope explicitly includes one.
- Krafthaus workflow and decision surfaces are intended for business use, not emergency or safety-critical use.
- Published examples and metrics may include seeded or anonymized sample data unless explicitly marked as a customer deployment or production result.
- Krafthaus may update workflow formats, app contracts, and product surfaces as the product evolves.
Acceptance And Corrections
- The written scope identifies five representative cases, their required inputs, expected result or review route, reason, next owner, and required record or handoff artifact.
- An agreed case passes when the named customer user can run it on the hosted surface and access the agreed result, record, next owner, and handoff artifact.
- The customer has three business days after delivery to review the agreed cases. One correction period for failed agreed cases is included before final acceptance.
- A failure against an unchanged agreed case is a defect. A new rule, field, system, workflow, action, or materially different expected result is a scope change and must be agreed separately.
- No production-system mutation occurs unless a separately approved connector and allowed action are included in the written scope.
Credits and Billing
- The standard Workflow App Sprint is $2,500: a $1,250 deposit after written scope acceptance and a $1,250 balance after the five agreed acceptance cases pass.
- The written scope and invoice identify the actual contracting and invoicing party before payment. Do not submit a sprint payment until those details are provided.
- If Krafthaus confirms that it cannot deliver the accepted base scope after the included correction period, the sprint deposit is refunded. Missing customer inputs, unavailable customer systems, or new and changed requirements are not delivery failures.
- Custom connectors, production access, scope changes, and continuing operation are priced only through a separate written scope.
- Paid Decision Memo credits are used to run memo workflows and access the related deliverables.
- Prices may change prospectively. Active purchases are charged at the price shown at checkout.
- Credit purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or when Krafthaus restores a credit because a Decision Memo cannot be delivered for the confirmed request.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate workflow or decision request information and lawful use cases.
- Do not submit credentials, payment card data, or regulated personal health data.
- Review outputs before execution. Final accountability for business decisions and operational actions remains with your team.
Acceptable Use
You may not attempt to disrupt the service, probe for vulnerabilities, scrape restricted data, or use the system for illegal, deceptive, or abusive activity.
Intellectual Property
Krafthaus retains rights to the service, reusable components, app contracts, generic workflow framework, and site materials. You retain rights to your submitted data, business rules, materials, and exported records. You grant Krafthaus the limited right to process submitted content as needed to scope, test, deliver, and support the requested workspace, workflow app, or Decision Memo surface.
After Sprint Acceptance
Hosted pilot access and correction of reproducible defects in the accepted scope are included for 30 days after acceptance. Ongoing hosting, support, new rules, additional users, new workflows, and connectors require a separate written scope. Krafthaus does not guarantee a business outcome beyond the agreed functional acceptance cases.
Disclaimers And Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a specific purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krafthaus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.
