Retention
Decision request submissions are retained for operational follow-up and records. If you want a submission deleted, contact [email protected] with your decision ID.

Krafthaus does not sell personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers used to host decision workflows and by decide.fyi runtime systems when executing approved decision packets.
Security
We use access controls and operational safeguards for decision request processing. No system is guaranteed to be fully secure; do not submit credentials, payment data, or regulated sensitive personal information.
